Conscise summary of a proposal of the Odra river basin district plan.

• In accordance with Act No. 40/2004 Sb., on Public Procurement, a competitive bidding to appoint the contractor took place at the beginning of 2005 with respect to the work on the Odra river basin district plan between 2005 - 2009. On 28th April 2005, the contractor was selected on the basis of the submitted bids, being - Pöyry Environment a. s., formerly AQUATIS a.s., Brno.
